Mr. Tushar Choudhary is Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at UVARCL.
He has an experience of over 20 years in the financial services space. Prior to joining UVARCL, he has worked with large investment banking and consulting firms like Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton across various functions and roles. He also comes with a rich industry experience while working with a large NBFC conglomerate. Over the years he has been involved in orchestrating and leading the entire transaction lifecycle right from deal origination, M&A, transaction strategy & structuring, valuations, acquisition, turnaround, resolutions, exits etc. with special focus on special situation assets. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Calcutta University.
