Mr Pramod Sharma, Post- Graduate by qualification and is a Corporate Advisor of the Company. He has a proven track record of consultancy over 15 years in financial services industry, including corporate debt restructuring.

Funds Management and mobilization of financial resources is his strong forte. As the Company is ushering into the field of capital raising programme on a big scale, his advisory role in this area would immensely benefit the Company.

Dr. Deena Nath Pathak, Former Principal Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Human Resources Development.

Headed the Accounting Organizations and functioned as Head Department and Head of Internal Audit Wings and administration of Divisions of various Federal Ministries of Government of India including Ministries of Finance, Steel & Mines, Health & Family Welfare, Law, Justice & Corporate Affairs, Commerce, Industry and Rural Development.

  • Superannuated as Principal Chief Controller of Accounts (Additional Secretary Level), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Min. of Sports & Youth Affairs, Min. of Culture, Min. of Minority Affairs, Min. of Tribal Affairs, Min. of Women & Child Development.
  • Worked on positions of progressively increasing responsibility in the areas of Finance, Accounts.
  • Performed duties and responsibilities as Board Member and Chairman in several Departmental/Inter Departmental Committees on Finance, Costing, Internal Audit.
  • Authored a book titled as " A-Z of Financial Management in Autonomous Institutions", forewords for this book was given by Hon’ble Finance Minister, Shri Arun Jaitley.

Mr. Madan Lal Meena, presently working as Deputy Director General, CAPART, an autonomous body working under the aegis of Rural Development Ministry which assists over 12,000 voluntary organizations across the country in implementing a wide range of development initiatives. He also held positions as:

  • Joint Secretary (Revenue), Ministry of Finance, Government of India and responsible for the administration of Central Boards of Direct and Indirect Taxes, PML Act and coordinating various activities of Enforcement directorate, FIU-INDIA, Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal etc.
  • Chairman for Kolkata Post Trust, Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India, responsible for formulation of policies, planning and monitoring of Port operation.
  • Principal Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, Deptt. of Environment and Deptt. of Food Processing and Industries.
  • Vice-Chairman, Haldia port and responsible for leading, directions and controlling port related functions like traffic planning, operation and related commercial work of all types of cargo.
  • Managing Director, Essential Commodities Corporation, Govt. of West Bengal, Deptt. of Food and Civil Supplies.

Mr. Ram Narain is a management expert with strong leadership qualities who specializes in improving the operational efficiency of the enterprises and turning these around. He is an institution builder, author and trainer in management skills.

He is accredited with establishing a brand-new training centre at Doha, Qatar, while he was on deputation from Government of India to Q-Tel, Doha; establishing the security Division in Department of Telecommunication (DOT); chairing and being a speaker in many conferences; authoring several books on management; contributing many articles in national newspapers; training senior officers of DOT and senior executives of Q-Tel in management and telecom.

He is widely travelled in India and abroad and led India in global forums including ITU, APT, 3GPP etc.

Mr Ram Narain is an Ex Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer with 36 years of experience in almost all functions areas of Telecommunication who superannuated as Senior Deputy Director General (Sr DDG) from the DOT, Government of India. He holds Engineering degree with MBA and is a member of several professional bodies.

Extensive managerial experience of above five decades in both Public & Private sectors, including about Twenty Five years as Director/CMD at Board level. He retired as Chairman cum Managing Director of NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION Ltd. in Schedule “A” scale of Government of India in the year 2002.

Shri Ajit Kumar Sahay is an expert of mining and power sector, who had been a member in the Mine Plan Committee of the Central Government for five years. In addition he was associated with various companies as Independent Director, Consultant, and Advisor etc.

Presently he is providing consultancy in the fields of Mining and Power both in India and abroad. In addition, he is running his own Manufacturing company.

Shri Ajit Kumar Sahay, is a Graduate in Mining Engineering with Honours from Indian School of Mines. Besides being an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in AMP-1994, he also holds the Professional Competency Certificate for First Class Mine Mangers.

Mr Chadha is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers with Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Commerce from University of Delhi. Mr Chadha started his banking career with Punjab National Bank in 1980 as Management Trainee and rose to the post of Deputy General Manager. He superannuated from Punjab National Bank in 2012. Mr Chadha has vast & varied experience of 32 years in Banking Industry in keys area of banking with specialisation in NPA management, credit appraisal and management of Bank’s financial Statements/Balance Sheet.
